*1/2 cup shredded coconut
* 3 bananas/cut into 2" pieces
* a lemon wedge
* 1 cup vanilla yogurt

Directions:
Directions:
*Toast the coconut.*Slice the bananas into a serving dish & squeeze a little lemon over top to keep them from browning.*Coat the bananas with the yogurt & sprinkle on the coconut.
