1 cup diced granny smith apples
2 cups cooked cooled chicken breast cut into small cubes
1/2 cup diced celery
1/4 cup raisins and/or grapes (cut in 1/2)
2 T chopped green onions
1/3 cup Mayo
1 T sour cream
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions:

Mix all ingredients.

Serve on a bed of lettuce or croissant.
