5 eggs
2 1/2 cup Cake Flour
2 cups sugar
1 heaping tsp Baking Powder
1 cup orange juice
rind of 1-2 oranges

Directions:
Directions:
Separate eggs and heat yokes until thick and lemon colored.
Add sugar and orange rind and juice.
Slowly add dry ingredients until mixed well

Grease pan
Bake at 325 for an hour
