20oz. frozen peas, thawed
2c. cheddar cheese, cubed
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/2c. chopped celery
1/4c. chopped onion
1/4c. chopped pimento
2/3c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine peas, cheddar cheese, eggs, celery, onion and pimento in large bowl. In separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, seasonings and Tabasco. Stir mayonnaise mixture into vegetables. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
