2 tbsp. gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
2c sugar
3/4 c. light corn syrup
3/4 c. hot water
2 tsp vanilla
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
In large mixing bowl mix gelatin and cold water - let stand. Mix sugar, corn syrup and hot water in large pan on high heat - stir with wooden spoon until sugar dissolves. Cook without stirring until 245 or until mixture forms soft balls when dropped into bowl of cold water. Pour into gelatin mixture and beat about 15 min. Add vanilla.

Line pan with wax paper - mix powdered sugar and corn starch together - cover wax paper with mixture to keep from sticking. Let set x24 hours then cut. Enjoy plain or dipped in chocolate.
