Use the amount needed for your family

pork chops
potatoes
onions
1 or 2 cans mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork chops in skillet (without flour), salted and peppered. Peel and slice potatoes and onions separately. Place them in a baking dish alternating a layer of potatoes, a layer of onions---season each layer. Put pork chops on top and cover this with the soup (rinse the can with just a tad of water). Cover with foil (or top).

Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover for the last 10 minutes.

Serve with a tossed green salad and rolls.
