Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 large dill pickles
1 package Philadelphia cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Remove the inside of pickles with a grapefruit or coring knife. (Place the inside part of the pickle on a paper towel to absorb the juice, otherwise the cream cheese will be too runny, then add to the cream cheese) Mix well with cream cheese, return mixture to dill pickle. Chill and slice crosswise in fairly thin slices when ready to serve. Can be prepared a couple of days before needed, if wrapped well and kept in the fridge, until time to slice and serve.
