2 lb pkg of hash brown potatoes
1 stick melted butter
8 oz. sour cream
1 can of cream of chicken mushroom soup
8 oz. of grated cheddar cheese
bacon bits

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 2 pound pkg of hash brown potatoes, 1 stick melted butter, 8 oz. sour cream, 1 can of cream of chicken mushroom soup and 8 oz. of grated cheddar cheese. Place in a glass 9x13 pan and bake at 400 for about 45 min. The edges should be turning brown. After removing from oven, top with bacon bits. Good with breakfast or side dish with steak, bar-b-que, seafood, etc.
