3 cans pinto beans, drained (or black beans)
1 tsp. minced garlic
2 cans rotel
chopped cilantro, to taste
salt to taste

Directions:

Simmer all ingredients for about 15 minutes and serve.

This is so simple, but so good. The cilantro gives a good, fresh taste.
