1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 c bread crumbs
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb pork

2/3 cup ketchup
1 T brown sugar
1 T mustard
1 T lemon juice
1 T Worcestershire sauce

Mix together, put in loaf pan or shape into loaf on cookie sheet -- bake at 375 for about 1 hour -- top last ten minutes with sauce.
