Red potatoes, cleaned and cubed
Butter
2 to 3 Tblsp garlic powder
2 to 3 Tblsp minced onion
Parsley flakes

Directions:
Directions:
In a glass casserole dish, place the cubed potatoes, minced onion, and parsley flakes and stir. Melt the butter and add the garlic powder to it, stirring well. Pour over the potatoes and roast in the oven at 425 for 45 minutes or until cooked through and browned, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.

You can adjust the amounts of ingredients, depending on how many potatoes you are cooking. You can also "par-cook" the potatoes in the microwave to reduce the amount of roasting time in the oven.
