5 to 6 potatoes, peeled and cut into small chunks
2 to 3 stalks of celery, cut into small pieces
1 onion, diced
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine and cook in water until tender. Do not drain. Place in crockpot.
Add:
1 stick margarine
1 8-oz. pkg cream cheese
3-4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Cook until cheese is melted and hot.
