12 oz. softened cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 egg yolks
4 egg whites stiffly beaten
1 c. sour cream for top

2 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
1 cube margarine melted

Mix vanilla wafers and butter together to form crust, press into springform pan.
Mix first 5 ingredients together then fold in beaten egg whites. Pour into pan. Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes until set. Remove from oven spread sour cream over the top and sprinkle with vanilla wafer/butter crumbs. Bake another 10 minutes.
