2 c. Flour
1 1/2 c. Sugar
3 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 c. Shortening
1 c. Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla
3 Eggs
1 tsp. Cinnamon
3-4 Apples peeled and sliced

1/3 c. Sugar
1 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon

Mix all ingredients together. Mix well. Add apples. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture over top. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes until done. Server warm
