1 cup of self rising flour 1 Tbsp sugar 1/4 tsp vanilla 1 cup of milk 1 Tbsp melted butter
Heat a large skillet or griddle on med-high or to 375 lightly grease or coat with cooking spray. Pour approx. 1/4 cup of batter onto hot surface. Cook pancakes until tops are covered with bubbles and edges look cooked, turn and cook other side.
If batter seems too thin add a little extra flour. To thick add a little milk. Play with it.
