1 can mixed vegetables (2 cups)
1 can red beans, drained
1 cup celery
1 green mango, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Dressing:
1/2 cup sugar or sweetener
1/2 cup vinegar
1 Tbsp rounded, cornstarch
1/2 tsp salt
Cook until thick and clear. Add 2 tsp. prepared
mustard. Cool, add to vegetables.
