3 c. self -rising flour 1 tsp. baking powder 2 T. sugar 1/3 c. Wesson oil 1 c. buttermilk 1/4 c. warm water 1 pkg. dry yeast
Mix together flour, baking powder, sugar,and oil. Add buttermilk and water with yeast. Mix well. Knead on floured surface. Bake at 425º for 12 to 15 mins. Dough can be kept in refrigerator up to 7 days.
