1 1/2 lbs of beef tenderloin (filet)
1 large onion minced
1/2 lb sliced mushrooms
2 tsp. dried mustard
1 tsp salt
1 TBSP flour
1/2 c sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Trim fat off and cut beef into strips. On high heat melt 1 TBSP butter and cook half of meat until lightly browned.Pour meat and drippings in a bowl. Set aside. Cook the rest of the meat the same way and add to bowl. In the same skillet heat 2 TBSP butter, onions, mustard, salt, and mushrooms over medium heat. Drain drippings into a cup (1/2 cup). Stir flour into mixture (in skillet). Gradually stir in broth mixture. Stir constantly. Stir in sour cream. Add meat and stir. Serve with noodles.
