4 chicken breasts 1 cup of lemon juice salt and pepper to taste 1 tsp ginger root 1/2 cup red onion 2 cloves garlic 2 stalks of celery fresh cilantro
cube/ dice and soak chicken in lemon juice 1/2 hour add the remaining ingredients except cilantro broil 5 minutes until cooked. garnish with chopped cilantro. ( You can make this with fish, eg. trout, but you do not need to cook the fish)
