75ml lime juice
add sugar to 125ml fine sugar
mix in 10 mint leaves
8oz. Light rum ( Bacardi Limon)
4 dashs of Angostura bitters
fill pitcher 1/2 way with ice
2 2/3 cups club soda

mix first 3 ingredients in a measuring cup. slightly crush mint
pour into pitcher then add rum, bitters, ice and soda

Everyday is an event with Aunt Grace. It's always a party when we get together. Although her signature beverage would be a vodka tonic with Schweppes and lime, I am certain she would add a specialty beverage to add to the atmosphere. Thanks for always making being with you a party!
