1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped (8 tomatoe slices)
8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
10 dashes Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. black pepper
2 scallions, thinly sliced (white and green parts)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the tomatoes, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Tabasco sauce, salt, and pepper with an electric mixer, until well blended. Add the scallions. Serve at room temperature.
