1 large pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes 1/2 cup butter 3 cups half and half cream 1/2 cup parmesan cheese 5 slices American cheese
Combine butter and cream. Heat in large skillet until melted. Add frozen potatoes. Heat until potatoes break apart. Add parmesan cheese. Stir until all melts. Pour in baking dish. Bake 350º F. for one hour.
