1/2 lb. bacon
6 potatoes cooked
1 medium onion-diced
1 tbsp. parsley-chopped
4 tbsp. bacon fat
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon and crumble. Dice cooked potatoes. Combine potatoes, onion, parsley, and crumbled bacon. Set aside. Combine bacon fat, water, sugar, and flour. Cook until thickened and pour over potato mixture. May be served hot or cold.
