10 stalks of asparagus, cooked
5 eggs
1 cup milk
1 small onion, chopped
salt
pepper
2 Tblsp fresh basil, chopped
1 cup Swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a pie plate with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350. Place asparagus in pie plate. Beat eggs, then add milk, onion, salt, pepper, and basil and mix well. Pour over asparagus. Top with cheese, then bake for 30 minutes or until set.
