1 box Betty Crocker hashbrowns 3 c. cheddar cheese 2 c. milk 2/3 c. cream of celery 2/3 c. sour cream Dash of pepper
Let hashbrowns rise according to box instructions. Drain and mix with all ingredients in a baking dish (Coat with non-stick cooking spray). Bake at 350º for 30-40 minutes covered. Stir and uncover. Return to the oven for 10-15 minutes.
