Cake:
2 C flour
2 C sugar
4 eggs
1 C veg. oil
3 C grated carrots
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla

Icing:
1 lb powder sugar
1/2 lb butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix cake. Bake in two 9 inch round greased/floured (or lined) cake pans for 25-35 min. or until toothpick comes out clean. Let cake cool completely. Remove from pans. Mix icing until fluffy. Ice cake.
