1 Lg. bag cranberries
8 oz. can mandarin oranges - drained
4 oz. blue cheese
Greens (spinach, lettuce, etc.)

Dressing:
3/4 C olive oil
1/4 C rice vinegar
4 cloves garlic - mashed
Juice of 1 lemon

Top:
1/2 C whole pecans - toasted

Directions:

Mix first ingred. well. Add dressing and toss. Top with toasted pecans.
