1 inch thick Boneless pork chops
or pork loin cut into 1 inch thick slices
Portabella mushrooms
bacon

Directions:
Directions:
season each chop with your favorite seasoning
put a portabella mushroom on each side of the chop
wrap each chop in uncooked bacon
grill for about 40 min.

I have found that it is less expensive to buy a pork loin and cut the meat myself.
