2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup white karo syrup
3 Tbsps Cocoa
1 Tbsp butter
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all, except nuts in sauce pan over medium heat. When it comes to a "rolling" boil, cook 5 minutes (time). Beat with mixer till cools a little and gets thicker. Add nuts and continue to beat by hand till it loses its gloss, take out of pan and spread on wax paper. Cut while Warm. Can decorate top with pecan halves, knead into a roll, Cover with nuts or coconut. Can make it like a stuffed date. With coconut or make fudge ball.

Peanut Butter Fudge
Same as chocolate, except omit cocoa and after boiling 5 minutes, add 1/2 cup peanut butter and beat as before.
