4-5 c. chopped rhubarb
5 T. flour
11/2 c. sugar
1 c. Carnation milk
3 egg yolks
1/2 T. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Put rhubarb into unbaked pie shell,
mix and pour remaining ingredients over rhubarb. Bake at 400 until set
remove from oven, top with beaten egg whites,
return to oven until egg whites are lightly browned
