2 pounds fresh cranberries
Juice of 2 lemons
6 large firm apples
sugar to taste
6 large oranges (cut off about 2/3 of the peelings)

Directions:
Directions:
Grind the fruits in a meat grinder. Add lemon juice and sugar.

To make into a set salad: Dissolve 1 large and 1 small package of lemon jello in 2 cups of hot water, then add above mixture and set in refrigerator.
