1 bunch fresh spinach, 2 c. grated zucchini, 2 c. grated carrots, 1 cucumber seeded and chopped, 4 oz. Gorgonzola;a cheese, Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl put torn spinach, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, continue layering ingredients with Parmesan on each layer. Top with Gorgonzola cheese. Use vinaigrette dressing.
