2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
less than 2/3 c. oil
6 T. water

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, salt, and baking powder together. Add 1/3 c oil, cut in with cutter until like cornmeal. Add more oil a little at a time until it looks about right. Push to one side of bowl, sprinkle 1 T. water at a time, rake across with 2 forks, then knead when all water is added. Roll out between wax paper and put in pie pan. Poke holes in. Bake 425 for 10 min.
