4 boneless chicken breasts, 8 oz. cream cheese softened, 2 cloves of garlic minced, 1/4 c. grated onion, 2 bunches fresh spinach leaves, 1 lemon, 4 slices of bacon.

Directions:
Cut a slit in each chicken breast to make a pocket. Mix garlic and onion with cream cheese.Divide cream cheese into fourths. Wrap several spinach leaves around cream cheese and stuff into chicken breast. With salt and a little lemon zest wrap bacon around it, place a slice of lemon on top.
Bake @ 350║ for 20-30 min.

In a large pan sautÚ 2 slices of bacon, cut into small pieces until crispy. Add remaining two bunches of spinach, a little lemon juice. Toss and cover for 2-3 min.Uncover and toss again. Drain and put on platter with chicken breast on top.
