5 lb. roast 1 pkg. burrito spices 3 cans (4 oz.) of green chilies (peeled & diced) 30 oz. can refried beans Flour tortillas
Cook roast in crock pot until very tender. Remove from water and pull apart or cut into small pieces. Add spices and water as indicated on spice pkg. Add beans and chilies. Simmer. Put desired amount of filling in a flour tortilla, roll it up and enjoy. Meat mixture can be frozen for later use.
