3 chicken breasts cooked and chopped, 1/2 c. finely chopped celery, 1/2 c. finely chopped onion, 1/2 c. broccoli florets, 1 clove garlic, 1/2 c. water chestnuts, 3 sweet pickles, 1/4 c. grated carrots, salt to taste, just enough mayonnaise to hold it together
