1 lg. bag fresh broccoli florets
1 package bacon (cooked & broken)
1 slice of red onion finely diced
1 1/2 cups (1 bag) finely shredded cheddar cheese
Dressing:

3 cups Miracle Whip
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 T. vinegar
