1 1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3 cups Quaker Oats
chocolate chips, if desired

Mix and bake 375 F. for 8 to 9 minutes.
