1 & 3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 & 1/2 tsp baking powder
2/4 tsp salt
1 apple (chopped)
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 beaten egg
3/4 c. milk
1/3c. cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. In a large mixing bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and Cinnamon. Make a well in the center.

combine egg, milk, oil, and apple. Add egg mixture all at once to flour mixture. Stir just until flour is moistened. Batter should be lumpy.

spoon batter into muffin tin lined with paper muffin liners. fill cups about 3/4 full.

top muffins with a mixture of 2 Tbsp. sugar & 1/2 tsp. cinnamon.

Bake for20-25 mins or until golden brown
