2 lbs hamburger
1 lb jack cheese cut in 1 inch squares
1 can green chili's cut into strips
2 cans chopped tomatoes
1/3 sm onion, chopped fine
3 cloves garlic pressed
2-3 Tbsp. Oil
1/2 tsp. chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Wrap strips of chili around cheese and form meatball around it making sure meatball is firm. Place in 9 x 13 pan. Place in oven at 375║ for 25 - 30 minutes. While baking, chop ends of leftover chilis and sautÚ with onions and garlic in 2 - 3 Tbsp oil. Add tomatoes and 1/2 tsp. chili powder. Simmer 5 - 10 minutes. Pour over meatballs and return to oven for 20 minutes.
