8 pork chops 5 lbs potatoes 1 small can cream of mushroom soup milk 8 oz. grated jack cheese
Layer pork chops in casserole dish. Layer thin sliced potatoes on top of pork chops. Heat soup with one can of milk in small sauce pan. Season with salt and pepper. Pour soup mixture over pork chops and potatoes covering potatoes. Sprinkle cheese over the top. Bake for 90 minutes at 350º or until potatoes are soft.
