1 pkg frozen chopped spinach
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
1 cup Hellmann's Mayonnaise
1 pkg Knorr Vegetable recipe mix
1 can (8 oz.) water chestnuts
3-4 green onions

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw and squeeze dry spinach. Drain and chop chestnuts. Chop green onions.

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Chill for at least 2 hours. Serve with chips or bread.
