2 cups self rising meal
cup milk
2 eggs
1 medium large onion chopped
1 tsp salt
1-2 finely chopped jalapeno peppers, optional
1 tbsp sugar
1 small can niblet corn, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together well. Cover and let set 15-20 minutes before cooking. Drop by teaspoonfuls into deep pan of hot oil, frying until golden brown
