1 can chilled condensed milk
1/8 tsp. salt
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
1-1/2 c. boiling water
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/3 c. honey or 1/2 c. sugar
1 pkg. Graham crackers or vanilla wafers

Graham Cracker Crust:
1 package graham crackers, rolled with rolling pin until fine (1-1/2 C.)
1/4 C. sugar
1/4 C. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve lemon jello in boiling water; add honey or sugar, lemon juice and salt. When partially set, whip condensed milk and whip jello mixture into it. Chill in 13 x 9 pan lined with graham cracker crust or graham crackers (or vanilla wafers). Graham cracker crust: Mix crushed graham crackers and sugar; add melted butter; mix well; spread onto bottom of cake pan and press. Bake at 375 for 8 minutes. Cool.
