2 cucumbers 1/2 cup fresh parsley 2 scallions 1/4 cup vegetable oil 2 T vinegar 1 clove garlic 1/4 t tabasco sauce 1 cup plain yogurt
Peel, seed and cut cucumbers into chunks. Remove stems from parsley. Cut scallions into 1 inch pieces. Place cucumber, parsley, scallions, oil, vinegar, garlic, and tabasco sauce in processor. Process 1 minute or until smooth. Add yogurt and process 10 seconds. Cover and refrigerate. Makes 2 cups.
