16 oz macaroni cooked almost done 1 pound Velveeta cheese ½ cup mayonnaise 1 small jar diced pimientos 1 cup milk 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 small onion diced salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix ingredients and pour into lightly greased baking dish. Top with crushed Ritz crackers and 1 stick butter sliced and scattered on the crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
