1 lb ground beef
2 C cubed peeled potatoes
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 Tbsp chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp instant beef bouillon granules
2 1/2 cups milk
3 Tbsp all purpose flour
1 C shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan cook ground beef till browned. Drain off fat. Stir in potatoes, celery, onion, green pepper, bouillon granules, 1 1/2 cup water, and 1/2 tsp salt. Cover, cook 15 to 20 minutes or till vegetables are tender.

Combine 1/2 cup of the milk and the flour; stir into meat mixture. Add remaining milk. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. Add cheese; heat and stir just till cheese melts.
