Chicken (boiled & deboned OR 1-1/2 lbs. cooked fajita chicken)
1 onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 stick oleo
1 large can cream
jalapenos (optional)
flour tortillas (10)
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 c. grated cheddar cheese (for top)

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare chicken. Mix everything together and heat until butter melts. Pour into 9 x 13 baking dish, bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Remove and top with remainder of the cheese. Return to oven until cheese melts and begins to brown - 15 minutes or so.
