1 lb ham cut up in cubes
10 potatoes, peeled and either cubed or sliced
3 C grated cheddar cheese
1 cube of butter, melted
1/2 to 3/4 C milk
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
mix all ingredients together and put in a greased 9 X 13 baking dish (make sure you grease the pan, or--as John said--it'll be a bitch to clean)

Bake at 375 until it's done...it takes a LOOOONG time to cook...the potatoes will be soft
