1 Cup Corn Meal
1 tsp Salt
1 C sifted flour
1 egg
1/4 C sugar
1 C Milk
3 tsp baking powder
1/4 C Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all dry ingredients together in bowl. Add eggs, milk and oil. Stir lightly. Pour into well greased 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm.

You can also add 1/2 cup grated cheese, or 1/2 C chopped onions to batter
